The Workforce Well-Being & AI Executive Fellowship is a comprehensive program where senior executives develop and implement workforce strategy within their organizations, with peer support, expert guidance, and proven methodology.

What our Executive Fellowship Delivers

 

Over 6-8 months, participants work with a diverse cohort of senior executives to develop their workforce "moonshot", a bold commitment that embeds worker well-being in their core business strategy.

 

You'll receive:

  • IDEO co-designed frameworks and facilitation

  • Expert advisors from leading workforce organizations

  • Implementation coaching as you navigate internal systems

  • Peer accountability from executives facing similar challenges

  • Access to the Lab's ongoing cross-sector network

Program Includes

  • In-person Strategy Accelerator intensive kick-off session

  • Quarterly virtual sessions with your cohort

  • Self-paced strategy development between sessions

  • 1:1 personal office hours for your specific context

  • Engagement with cross-sector experts and implementation advisors

  • 6-month implementation and change management support

  • In-person Momentum closing session
